An international, household name technology business is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join its team based in Bedford. The client offers a hybrid working environment.
Your duties will include processing all sales and service orders in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining core systems, and optimising the order process to ensure accurate and quick throughput. You will be responsible for liaising with customers, being their first port of call and will be expected to provide first class customer support fulfilling their requirements in a timely and reactive manner.
This role would suit someone who has previous experience with office-based customer service (ideally B2B), strong communication skills, and a logical approach to problem solving. Experience using SAP would be advantageous to your application.
