A great opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join a hugely successful production company. Working in a supportive and collaborative team the Customer Service Coordinator will use their exceptional communication skills to build strong and lasting relationships with new and existing clients within the Media industry. This is a pivotal role and will see you working with clients, internal colleagues and logistics to ensure that client expectations are exceeded.
Providing support to the Sales team the Customer Service Coordinator will answer incoming calls and emails from clients wishing to place orders for equipment, you liaise with the Technical and Production teams to source information necessary to negotiate pricing and provide quotes. You will deal extensively with logistic companies to ensure that equipment is shipped within tight deadlines and manage all billing processes once delivery has taken place, as well as other admin duties. There will also be opportunities to attend industry events to represent the company brand.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Previous experience within a B2B customer service role
Experience with a Rental Tracker system would be desirable
Positive and friendly manner
Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
Good numeracy skills and IT skills
