Experienced, dynamic Customer Relationship Manager is sought by a global award winning technology business, offering remote working (within the UK) and competitive package.
In this role you will be working with large enterprise customers post sales and being their trusted advisor. Ensuring their customer experience is a positive one, you will be handling things like service issues and also upselling/cross selling.
Although this is a work from home position, you should expect to be out at customer visits for 2 days per week and also have the flexibility to attend their HQ in Berkshire a couple of times a month. The role will see you building strong customer relationships and interacting regularly with tech teams to resolve issues and the sales teams for upselling.
The ideal candidate to secure this role you will be a senior Customer Experience Manager with strong post sales relationship management skills and ideally from IT/tech background, with some renewal/upselling experience.
Any demonstrable skill in Microsoft business applications (Word, Excel and Outlook) and ideally knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Oracle Analytics, SFDC, and/or Siebel would also be considered advantageous.
Due to the location of some key customers we welcome applications from people based in the North of England.
The basic starting salary for this role is £50,000 - £60,000, depending on the experience/qualities you bring to the role and in addition they offer a 10% bonus and car allowance, alongside a whole host of other well thought out benefits, training and progression opportunities.
