A highly successful, global publishing company based in Enfield are looking for a personable Customer Account Manager to joint their Customers Services team. Please note - this role is supporting their Nordic region and they require fluent Swedish speakers.
As the Account Manager you will be managing a portfolio of customer accounts; responding to queries and ensuring they have a great customer experience. You will deliver an outstanding customer service resoling all issues quickly and effectively; securing customer loyalty and engagement. You will work to reassure customers, educate and train them in best practice as well as taking responsibility for account retention within the remit of the role.
This Customer Account Manager role would suit a strong problem solver that has got previous experience in a customer service or client facing role. Most of this role is email based – so outstanding written communications skills is key. You will be personable, professional and understand the customer first mentality. Strong MS Office skills are essential.
Fluent Swedish language skills - essential.
The salary on offer for this role is up to £28,000 plus benefits.
