This is an exciting opportunity for a CRM Administrator to join a leading finance firm in the Northampton area. This role is paying £30,000 + generous annual bonus.
To be considered for this position you will have previous experience with a CRM system supporting a large number of internal users across Sales & Marketing.
The ideal candidate will have solid CRM support experience, and be familiar with customer journeys, 'Best Practice' policies, user training, & automation workflows.
As a CRM support analyst / CRM super user you will be familiar with:

Creating & managing users & permissions

Managing CRM ‘Best Practice’ processes

Reviewing functionality & business processes to identify any areas of improvement

CRM integration, customisation & automation
If possible, a Zoho CRM background would be preferred, however, my client is willing to consider candidates from a wide range of CRM backgrounds (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, Odoo). Please note – full Zoho CRM training will be provided, as well as training on JavaScript.
