MS Dynamics - Marketing - Automation - Flexible working
The UKs provider of 'innovation as a service' for businesses, public bodies and infrastructure providers are looking for a CRM Marketing Manager. The purpose of the role is to work closely with the marketing team to develop, harmonise and mature marketing automation processes. You will be part of the Management Information team, and work to create scalable automated processes that support best practices in data management, content marketing automation, and campaign management.
Responsibilities:
- Support marketing colleagues so they can design and build automated marketing campaigns by persona.
- Work with Power BI and sales operations to develop sales and marketing dashboards for marketing leads.
- Establish and maintain scalable marketing automation processes.
- Create and maintain reports on marketing activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
- Keep on top of developments in martech and add-on applications to improve and optimise marketing team performance.
Skills:
- Experience of managing Microsoft Dynamics.
- Proficiency in integrating marketing automation systems.
