CRM Marketing Manager – Maidstone, Kent – flexible working/remote working/working from home
A highly successful, global retail business based in Kent are looking for an experienced CRM Marketing Manager to join their team. To be suitable – you must have extensive Direct Marketing experience, enjoy working with data and continue to look for improvements to process and strategy.
Reporting to the Head of Database Marketing and working with stakeholders globally, you will be responsible for the following:
Strategy, planning and execution of all CRM activity; reviewing what is currently working and driving improvements
Getting to the heart of both the prospect and the customer and driving value
Managing all CRM campaigns from customer acquisition through to loyalty
Developing and managing all analytics and reporting
Supporting the creation of an a/b testing annual plan for each data segment, both prospect and customer; using data driven analytics to help generate new ideas for all CRM channels.
The ideal candidate will be a CRM Specialist and will ideally have worked with MS Dynamics. You will have a strong direct marketing focus and will be both analytical and creative.
The salary on offer for this role is up to £58,000 plus benefits.
