A great opportunity for an adept CRM Manager to join a thriving hospitality business in the heart of Teddington, renowned for its vibrant and collaborative working culture. The role is office based so would suit someone who lives close by.
As the CRM Manager, you will assume a pivotal role reporting into the Head of Digital. Your primary responsibility will encompass the oversight of the CRM system for their brasseries and pubs and will entail ensuring the seamless day-to-day operation of the system, adeptly managing promotional initiatives, and overseeing email communications.
You will lead in the conceptualizing, administering, fine-tuning, and dissecting guest promotions, effectively harnessing their potential to elevate engagement levels and propel revenue expansion and you will have complete ownership of CRM and data reporting. This role will see you generating insightful ad hoc analyses, contributing to our weekly trading meetings, and crafting comprehensive monthly reports for the executive board.
Overseeing the orchestration of automated campaigns will be another facet of your role, designed to captivate the audience and cultivate customer loyalty.
Ideally, you will bring to the table a minimum of two years of hands-on CRM experience within the hospitality industry.
