Credit Controller – Chertsey, Surrey – Hybrid - £30,000 plus bonus
A highly successful global business based in Chertsey are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to joint them. You will be joining a supportive team offering hybrid working and a kind, collaborative environment.
As the Credit Controller you will work to resolve outstanding account queries with customers directly, chase customer debt via phone following up with email, and reconcile accounts. Other responsibilities will include:
Sending dunning letters, statements & copy invoices to Customers
Uploading invoices to Customer portals
Producing consolidated invoices on a ad hoc basis
Providing credit checks for new and existing Customers for Manager approval
Release orders on hold in Oracle and Service now daily and monitor
Resolve unallocated payments that they are consistently managed and identified
Processing refunds
Prepare legal paperwork if required
This role would suit a confident communicator with strong relationship building skills. You will be personable, friendly and great at problem solving.
The salary on offer for this role is £30,000 plus bonus and benefits
