A market-leading telecommunications business is looking for an ambitious CRO Specialist to join its growing marketing function based close to Canary Wharf.
In this varied role, your primary purpose will be to manage and execute the company’s on-site A/B test programme and roadmap (covering hypothesis, scope definition, prioritisation, design and build, execution and results interpretation) to inform customer-centric and conversion-supporting change.
You will be adopting a range of research methods (qualitative and quantitative) to form a better understanding of customers’ goals, needs and behaviours and use research findings and gather ideas from team and stakeholders to form strong, testable hypotheses. Writing experiment plans, determine valuable metrics and designing meaningful tests that add value and build internal customers’ knowledge.
To be suitable for this role you will have proven experience within a similar role, and have clear commercial experience using tools such as Google Optimize, Optimizely and Adobe Target. Further to this, an understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript would be highly beneficial as would prior experience with google analytics.
