A large well–established organisation is looking for a driven Service Delivery Manager / Service Contracts & Asset Manager to lead the process and function for managing the entire portfolio of third-party technology contracts as well as associated assets including software licences and equipment. This is a hybrid role both working from home, approximately 3 days per week, and from their City, London office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for 1 direct report (Service Delivery Analyst) and will be tasked with duties including monitoring third party contracts, ensuring rigorous processes are in place, working closely with procurement and the contract owners, delivering cost savings, working to agile methodologies and ITIL best practices as well as using quantitative and qualitative metrics for reviewing team performance.
In order to be suitable for this role you must have proven experience in a Services Delivery Manager, Contracts Manager, Asset Manager, Client Services Manager or similar role leading technology or contract / asset management functions. Demonstrable experience managing third party technology supplier contracts / commercial agreements, managing technology purchasing and supervising a small team, including performance appraisals, is also required. It is also essential to have good technical skills including reporting, data manipulation /cleanse and Excel. Any exposure public sector procurement process and platforms, such as Bravo Solution, would be highly beneficial, but is not essential.
