A sizeable market-leading business is looking for an ambitious Senior HR professional with extensive board level experience and obvious commercial acumen to work as a Management Consultant and spearhead the delivery of a £multi-million people and wellbeing consultancy offering. The company has offices throughout the UK and operate an entirely flexible remote working policy.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an entrepreneurial HR leader with a successful track record operating at board level to take on a highly commercial role and head up a people, health and wellbeing consultancy within a hugely ambitious and fast-growing business. Any experience within financial services or within the health and wellbeing space would be advantageous to your application but is by no means essential.
Your first task will be to conduct an organisational review and SWOT analysis, positioning the business to acquire market share. Working alongside the senior leadership team you will target large-scale corporates, building relationships with board level executives, and creating a first-class service offering tailored to the specific needs of your clients.
All of the support services for a fully-fledged consultancy offering already exist within the business and you will have the opportunity to build on existing relationships with household name firms, alongside targeting new business opportunities, to rapidly expand the company.
This is a hands-on leadership and implementation role, with full accountability for the success of the consultancy offering, and offers significant bonus potential (circa 30%), plus a range of attractive benefits.
