The Ashdown Group has been engaged by a prestigious professional services organisation in their search for and experienced Benefits Specialist to help them deliver a short term project.
Please note – the ideal candidate will have additional languages skills – French or Spanish being highly desirable.
The focus of the position is international benefits research. You will research the benefits landscape of countries and international territories to identify and report on the perquisites, entitlements and protections employees receive. You will have to research social security and typical practices, identify missing data, review and report and before answering questions posed by stakeholders.
To do this you may have either previous researcher experience or experience as a Benefits Administrator, ideally both. You should understand the variety of benefits available, including at retirement, upon death or when sick.
Attention to detail is important, as are strong writing skills and Internet research ability. You will require advanced level Excel skills and ideally speak another European language
