Compensation & Benefits Contractor

A Comp & Benefits specialist with some overseas payroll experience is required for a 2 month contract for a specialist insurer based in  the City of London.

Projects will include:

  • Research and scope potential outsourcing of overseas office payroll
  • Write up processes for payrolls
  • Gender pay gap report
  • Establishment reporting figures
  • Analysis annual leave/ sickness reporting
  • Benefit and pay analysis of international staff 

The contract is offered on a 2 month basis, but may extend.  The daily rate on offer is £220 inside of IR35.

The contract can be worked either full time or the option to do 3 or 4 days per week is also there for the right candidate.
