Communications Executive

A global independent charity, focussed on supporting young people, is searching for an experienced Communications Executive to join the team in Central London. This role is predominantly home working but you will be required to be in the office 1 to 2 days per week.

Reporting into the Senior Communications Manager, you will provide support for PR activity, media monitoring and content writing for the website, social media channels and stakeholder communication. You will implement communications plans, drive engagement, and effectively support the strategic positioning of the business.  Additionally, you will raise the profile of the charity by forming great relationships with key partners and will work with the team to optimise the performance of digital content.

In order to be suitable for this role you will be a confident and passionate storyteller with demonstratable experience of supporting communications strategy. You will have prior experience of working in a busy communications team as well as writing content that has been published across a range of different channels. Relationship building and having an excellent communication style will be a prerequisite for this position.
