An established global business is looking for an ambitious and business-driven Commercial Data Analyst to be part of their in-house Growth and Analytics team. This is a business-critical role where the successful candidate will be tasked with defining and implementing the best pricing, revenue growth & pricing strategies for the Australian and New Zealand markets in an ever-changing industry. Duties will include leading processes and strategies for ANZ market, improving analytics and pricing strategies for digital markets, communicating findings to key high-level stakeholders leading strategic projects, proactively gathering marketing intelligence, developing in-depth understanding of competitors business models and tactics as well as liaising with a wide range of functions as stakeholders.
In order to be suitable for this role you must have proven experience in a Commercial Analyst, MI Analyst, Data Analyst or similar role in a high-volume / big data environment. It is essential to have exceptional numerical ability with excellent analysis and very strong Excel skills, including functions such as vlookups, hlookups, pivot tables, IF statements...etc.). The ideal candidate will also have experience with VBA, SQL and PowerBI (or similar BI tools such as Tableau or BusinessObjects), although these are not essential.
This is a pivotal role in a large constantly evolving business - they have plenty of planned enterprise-level projects. This Commercial Data Analyst role is paying a maximum basic salary of £36,000 plus 10% bonus and benefits.
