A successful MSP in Bedfordshire is looking for a highly knowledgeable Cloud Solution Specialist to manage their team of technical engineers.
Leading a dedicated team of engineers who provide technical consultancy to their customers. You will manage the teams capabilities and capacities to ensure the end customer receives optimum service.
In addition to this, you will also provide technical assistance during the pre-sales process. An expert in your field, you will offer consultancy throughout the full customer pre-sales and sales journey from the planning, architecture and building to the testing, migration and go live.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing a technical team who deliver cloud consultancy services.

Providing technical expertise thorough the pre-sales process.

Overseeing the balance of chargeable and non chargeable utilisation throughout the team.

Owning the Cloud Adoption toolkit - maximising adoption and driving automation.

Acting as the technical escalation point for customers.

Managing team performance, development and setting objectives.
This is a fulltime permanent position offering a salary of up to £70,000 per annum.
