A successful Cloud based MSP, requires an approachable and analytical Engineer, with excellent problem-solving skills, to join their Cloud Services Team in Bedfordshire.

You will provide Technical Escalation support to the 2^nd line team and be responsible for platform management and automation of infrastructure services.

To be successful for this role you will have the following:

· Azure Administration

· Active Directory management/maintenance

· PowerShell Scripting

· MS Exchange Management & Support

· M365 deployment & administration

· Intune and/or SCCM knowledge

· Networking

You will ideally have the following qualifications or be working towards them:

· M365 Fundamentals and Azure Fundamentals (AS-900 & MS-900)

· CCNA or CCENT

· MS-230 or MD-100 or MD101

· Azure Administration (AZ-104)

MSP experience would be of interest. Driving is essential as the site is not accessible by public transport.
