Client Services Executive – Hybrid – Falkirk, £23,000
A highly successful, well established business with offices based in Falkirk are looking for a personable, motivated Graduate to join their operations team . This is a brilliant role for someone looking for a more commercial role. Perhaps you have recently graduate or have worked in a customer service environment before but are keen to work develop a career in operations.
As the Customer Support Exec you will work with and support clients to deliver data and information they need. You will provide a first point of contact for all customer and client queries as well as supporting the businesses staff that are out in the field. You will work with the business and their customers to deliver objectives and achieve business goals.
This role would suit a personable, friendly graduate that is eager to learn. Full training will be provided – but proficiency with Excel would be a plus. If you have previous experience in a Customer Service or Client Service role - with administration experience that would be beneficial.
The salary on offer for this role is up to £23,000. Hybrid working is offered – 2 days per week in the office is required.
