A large financial services company is looking for an experienced Customer Services professional to join it's Edinburgh team.
Working as part of a dedicated administration team you will be responsible for providing a high level of service to clients via CRM, live chat, email and post. Duties will be varied and include:
- Handling incoming client administration
- Sending out post
- Liaising with internal teams
- Dealing with client queries
- Escalating any complaints or feedback
This Client Services Administrator role is paying up to £20,000 plus benefits. It will start remotely with some training to be held in the office. A laptop for homeworking will be provided and you will need to have access to somewhere to work as well as your own internet connection.
