A global fund accounting firm is seeking a Client Relationship Director to lead the Client Relationship Team, establishing and maintaining strong and long-standing client relationships, monitoring client profitability and risk management, whilst cross selling to and growing your client portfolio.
Please note you must have
* A recognised accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA or ACA) and 5+ years working in the private fund accounting / administration sector
You will be responsible for identifying and maximising business development opportunities within client portfolio. It is essential that you follow the correct processes and procedures to help us ensure we are compliant with applicable laws, service standards, company policies and procedures.
You will develop appropriate pricing strategies for all services. You will lead the review of the Service Level Agreement (SLA) against services provided and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
You will be conducting regular profitability reviews of nominated clients, you’ll need to be thorough in all you do, using your own judgment to highlight any significant issues and put forward any recommendations and work in collaboration with the team to help find an appropriate solution.
To be suitable for this level of role you must have:
• a recognised accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA or ACA)
• 3 + years PQE
• 5+ years working in the private fund accounting / administration sector
• Proven experience managing client relationships and internal client stakeholders
• Experience of managing an accounting operations team preferable
