A large global accounting services provider is seeking a Client Delivery Director to deliver the agreed strategy and profitability targets within their Corporate Client Services function, through effective management, motivation and development of all staff and by optimising organic growth plans whilst delivering superior client service.
You’ll oversee all aspects of delivery of the UK corporate services team who are responsible for the existing UK corporate client book. The individual will contribute to ongoing development, refinement, implementation of and adherence to best practice controls processes and controls in line with the overall mission, culture and values of the company.
This is a key role in terms of client relationships and, as such, is expected to include significant client interaction at a senior level (CFOs/Head of Tax etc) and act as the main contact/ escalation point for several high-profile engagements.
The role holder will be responsible for an Associate Director and several Client Service Managers, each of whom will manage the day to day management of their corporate service book and assigned client relationships. The role holder will provide leadership and guidance on technical, client relationship, team management and delivery management and will be responsible for continuous development of the skills and abilities of the Associate Director and Client Service Managers.
To be suitable for this role you’ll have:
* 8+ years leading teams in the Corporate Administration space or ideally having worked in a similar role within an accountancy practice.
*Good understanding of a wide range of accountancy and/or taxation systems
* Knowledge of and experience within client facing corporate services
* Experience of leading a large team.
