A rapidly growing IT Consultancy working with some of the UK’s largest organisations is seeking a Cisco Networking Wi-Fi Consultant to be a key part of the team, split across leading project delivery, designs and stakeholder management. In this role you’ll deliver planning of mid to large scale enterprise wireless environments, working end to end from customer contact, high-level design and low-level design documentation, and some hands-on implementation.
This is a fully remote role/work from home, with visits to customer sites when required (possibly once a month).
The role is paying £70,000-£90,000 depending on experience and the company will pay for you to pursue further Cisco accreditations/qualifications (as well as offering other very good benefits including bonus and car allowance).
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement wireless solutions across large enterprise environments
- Deal directly with clients, specifying their needs and providing solutions
- Design and delivery of next-gen wireless and network solutions
- Lead projects at a senior level, working as a senior contact point to junior members of the team
Skills & experience
- Experience working with wireless Cisco technologies
- Experience in working with Cisco Networks, ideally holding CCIE/CCNP Wireless and/or other Wireless certifications
- Delivered large scale projects, delivering high and low-level design documentation
- Have customer liaising experience, ideally pre-sales
- Must be able to interphase with both technical and non-technical customers
