Channel Marketing Manager – Hybrid

 

 

If you’re a Channel Marketing professional looking for a broad and varied role within a company that fully supports and develops its employees, then this could be for you.  Our client, a leading manufacturer of DIY products is looking for an individual to join their marketing team to lead projects such as product launches and trade shows and to drive customer acquisition, product sales and brand awareness, through digital and traditional marketing campaigns.  This role is hybrid based role with two days working remotely and three days of the week at the company offices in Stoke on Trent.

 

This role is a mix of BAU and project work which will include end to end product launches and collaborative working with the sales and commercial teams, to ensure correct pricing, positioning and messaging of all new and existing products. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to create and deliver product and marketing campaigns,  as well as analysing market trends,  competitor activity and measuring and reporting on the performance of channel marketing campaigns. You will also be assisting in organising trade shows and attending conferences nationwide, as well as some travel between their regional offices.

 

The ideal candidate will have

 

Broad experience in channel marketing – both traditional and digital

Previous experience working within product, channel or manufacturing environments

Proven track record of developing and executing successful channel marketing strategies

Previous experience of leading on product launches

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing automation tools
