Change Manager – Hybrid Working - £55,000
2 days per week in the office are required – based in SW London
A well established and growing charity operating across London and the South East are looking for an experienced Change Manager to join them as part of a large, digital transformation programme.
Please note – this role is a 12 month FTC – with possibility of extension.
As the Change Manager you will to establish and deliver the overall change programme for this transformation programme, applying structured change management processes and tools to create and deliver the change strategy. You will manage change through people across the organisation, in particular looking to maximise adoption and usage.
This role will involve coaching senior colleagues to help them fulfil the role of change sponsor and documenting and tracking the business outcomes and benefits that have been factored into the project, integrating them into the business change plan.
In addition you will identify the opportunities and risks to change and put in place the required interventions to ensure successful outcomes.
To be suitable for this Change Manager role you will have gained prior experience across complex change management programmes and will be keen to join an organisation that really has a positive impact on wider society.
Salary wise this role is offering up to £55,000 pro rata.
