Change Manager – 30 month FTC - £52,000 – Hybrid – London

An established, values driven charity based in London are looking for an experienced Change Manager to support a range of transformational programmes over the next 3 years.

As the Change Manager you join to help develop a motivated and capable transformation team in the development, planning, delivery, and benefits realisation of complex change programmes, involving the whole organisation and contributing to the achievement of the transformation agenda.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced practitioner. Reporting to the Transformation Lead, your approach will drive faster adoption, higher utilisation and increased proficiency of the changes that impact all teams. It will be your work that helps ensure this ambitious programme delivers the intended benefits to position the charity to make a difference to the people it supports.

 

KEY DELIVERABLES 

              

Establish and deliver the overall change programme for this transformation programme, applying structured change management processes and tools to create and deliver the change strategy.

Manage change through people across the organisation, in particular looking to maximise adoption and usage.

Coaching senior colleagues to help them fulfil the role of change sponsor

Document and track the business outcomes and benefits that have been factored into the project, integrating them into the business change plan

Identify the opportunities and risks to change and put in place the required interventions to ensure successful outcomes

Work closely with other project, programme, and internal teams to ensure a positive and joined up change experience for end users, e.g., ensuring business, operational and communication plans are aligned to strategic objectives and centralised communications plans

Conduct detailed change impact assessments alongside business analysts and secure a shared view of these impacts across those impacted, the programme team and support teams, HR, L&D, internal and external communications.

Assessing business readiness for change and coach the business to prepare for change

Ensure change management activities are integrated into the wider programme plan.

Support the development and delivery of processes, systems, and training to embed knowledge, understanding and adoption of new ways of working.

 

The salary on offer for this Change Manager role is £52,000 pro rata.  Hybrid and flexible working is also offered.
