The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in gadgets and technical products and enjoy problem-solving and fixing items.
You will be working as part of a dedicated team and alongside a Senior Repair Team Coordinator who will assist you as you learn how to identify and resolve the most common problems and as a point of escalation for more difficult faults.
The company work to a set of service level agreements (SLA’s) and targets are also set with regards to both quality and output. You will need to accurately record details, spare parts that have been used etc. so there is an audit trail for each repair.
