A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a commercial Business Analyst or Business Systems Manager to join a well establish and growing charity with offices in Manchester and London.  This is a rewarding NFP environment and would suit a commercially aware, personable business analyst keen to make their mark.  Please note – hybrid working is offered.

 

Working closely with the Head of IT you will work with the systems, applications and internal users to ensure the effective use of business systems across the organisation.  This Business Systems Manager role will provide business analysis to ensure strategic and operational needs are met by systems and will facilitate process change and manage application support for the organisation.  This is a great opportunity to join an organisation providing great support services across the UK in a role where you can really make a difference. 

You will have the chance to work across the delivery of digital transformation for this charity; ensuring optimal business processes and workflows are implemented and that the organisation’s digital principals are adhered to. You will be responsible for delivering efficient and sustainable solutions, ensuring high standards of data quality are implemented and that data standards are maintained across all systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong BA (business analysis) skills alongside strong BI (Business Intelligence) skills and have a background in improving the way organisation engage and utilise their systems.  Perhaps you have an Application Support background or have worked as a Business Analyst with keen data analysis and application management experience and across a range of software based systems.  You will be personable, able to build relationships and process orientated.

The salary on offer for this role is up to £51,000 plus benefits.  Office is based in Manchester or London dependent on where you live with the requirement to be based on site once per month as a minimum.
