A well-established architectural firm is looking for a personable and driven Business Systems Analyst to join its expanding team, based in Central London. The organisation embraces hybrid working and would allow you to work from home 3 days per week.
Within this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and reporting on company processes alongside evaluating key areas for improvement to ensure the organisation is running at optimum efficiency. You will support, maintain and develop the company systems including the ERP System, Intranet, Project Management System, and Digital Image Library. You will also play an integral part in training employees on systems.
In order to be suitable for this position, you MUST be a consummate communicator with demonstrable expertise in developing and implementing systems, alongside experience in creating bespoke reports using BI tools (Tableau/QlikSense would be highly advantageous to your application). You will have a logical approach to problem-solving, coupled with the interpersonal skills required to deliver effective training.
