A well-known hospitality company is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to be based out of their West London office.
The role is paying up to £65,000 and there will be the option to work 1 day a week from home.
You will play a crucial role in shaping the systems, processes, and procedures of the organisation. The business is halfway through implementing a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and this role will be key in supporting the implementation. As such they are looking for someone with a strong understanding of this system and/or its predecessor NAV.
As the Business Systems Analyst, your primary task is to maintain the integrity of the data within the financial systems, ensuring that finance systems are working to an optimal level. You will be involved with reviewing and analysing the existing applications and platforms and overseeing future improvements.
Other responsibilities:
- Lead contact within the IT team for system issues and liaise with the Finance team and external suppliers as applicable to resolve.
- De-bugging, trouble shooting and problem-solving errors as they’re raised by users of the system.
- Monitoring the performance and usability of new Finance & BI system and gathering feedback from all stakeholders.
- Responsible for data integrity/completeness and accuracy across the BI systems and ensuring all testing is appropriately documented.
- Ensure systems and controls are fully documented and kept up to date
- Ensure all the IT & Finance Team are fully trained to maximise the benefit from the systems as they are developed
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or NAV background combined with in-depth systems and IT experience.
- Proven track record of Finance Transformation/ERP Implementation Projects
- Ability to produce end-user training material
- Degree or equivalent qualification
