A highly prestigious and internationally renowned travel business is looking for an experienced Business Support Manager to join their growing team based in Central London. Please note, this position is office-based, and you will be expected on site 5 days per week.
Within this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and translating project requirements in support of the brand, marketing, and product teams. You will be expected to ensure commercial alignment, plan and produce high-quality communication briefs, align team objectives and drive communication to the marketing team. You will be a personable individual with strong communication skills, both written and oral as this role will include extensive stakeholder management.
In order to be suitable for this position, you must have proven experience in leading projects and working with multiple stakeholders to improve business performance. You will ideally have experience in developing integrated marketing communication briefs, coupled with strong project management and/or business analysis skills. Any experience running successful projects within the airline/travel industry would be highly beneficial to your application.
