A government body is seeking an experienced Business Support Assistant to support the Social Care and Health department with a wide range of general and administrative duties, including
- using corporate or service specific digital systems
- creating and recording a care and support plan
- creating and recording integrated assessment / CTP assessment
- inputting and ensuring CTP compliance
- monitoring and validating all financial information
- co-ordinating general incoming and outgoing correspondence
- undertaking general adminsitrative tasks
Based in the Chepstow area. This is a contract role for initially 12 weeks (37 hours per week) from approximately 27th October and paying £17.41 per hour, less deductions for insurance, taxes and umbrella company charges (PAYE £13.69 per hour). The closing date is Tuesday, 21st October.
To be suitable for this role, you must have proven experience working in a Business Support Assistant, Office Assistant or Team Secretary or similar role, ideally in a complex organisation, ideally local government or hospital.
