Are you an energetic and ambitions Sales professional with a natural drive for seeking new business? We have been engaged by our client, leaders in a very niche data intelligence sector to recruit a Business Development Manager. Their ideal candidate will have experience of communicating at Board Level and will of course be commercially aware preferably with a background in data or selling into the Healthcare/Pharma sectors. This is a hybrid working role working one or two days a week in Central London but mainly working remotely.
Key responsibilities
• Proactively contacting organisations to introduce and promote business intelligence solutions.
• Identifying key stakeholders within organisations to establish successful working relationships
• Undertake market analysis to identify new organisations who will benefit from solutions provided.
• Identifying client data requirements and offering bespoke and tailored solutions.
• Assist in shaping and developing a sales strategy within the Business Development function
Key skills
• A track record of successful business development in a complex B2B environment
• Strong relationship building skills and the ability and drive to develop your professional network
• Data platform or subscription-based sales highly desirable
• Previous experience within the Healthcare sector would be an advantage
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
