Business Development Manager

This role will be home based covering your region, generating and activating all leads across your patch and will play an instrumental role in expanding our clients portfolio to deliver more high quality clinically led care and support services to people with complex needs in their own homes.
You’ll own your region, building strong credible relationships with CCGs, senior NHS England managers, Local Authorities and the local healthcare network. This is a brand new team being set up, so the role has a lot of scope for development and high earning potential.
As the face of the BD function you’ll be an autonomous professional, highly skilled communicator and you’ll love winning new business and selling our unique healthcare offering. You will be out on the road, so this is driver essential.
You’ll need experience of working in a similar role within health or social care particularly mental health or learning disabilities and enjoy an opportunity to work with a progressive organisation in a role with huge earning potential.
As a Business Development Manager you will be selling, influencing, negotiating in order to improve the lives of others.
