Business Development Manager – Central London
A highly successful and reputable retail brand with offices in Central London – Park Lane – are looking for a bright, motivated Business Development Manager to join their team. The principal objective of the Business Development Manager is to help drive the business strategy forward by developing and sustaining sales activities; developing and maintaining business relationships that provide incremental profit and optimum customer service.
As the Business Development Manager you will work to identify and manage both the existing sales pipeline and the development of new business opportunities. You will also design and implement new marketing and sales business proposals that create opportunities as well as identifying trends and customer needs. You will work with retail stores and call centre teams to maximise business opportunities from inbound enquires and create and continuously develop a list of potential Regional National Accounts from own market research and available databases. In addition you will lead on the account management of Key national accounts ensuring customer satisfaction through regular engagements on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
The ideal candidate for this BD Manager role will have experience within a similar business development or sales manager role. You will have both B2B and B2C sales and BD experience and will have a real flair for new business development in particular.
The salary on offer for this role is up to £40,000 plus bonus.
