An international, household name technology business is looking for a Business Development Executive to join its team. Please note, this will be a homebased position with some travel to Bedford and client sites so a full UK driving license is a prerequisite.
You would be responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of contracts. Your duties would include, service contract renewals, new service quotations, account management, and upselling service offerings to develop the service sales business. Maintaining and developing customer relationships in order to provide an industry-leading service offering.
This role would suit someone with a degree in a similar discipline (Business Administration/Business Management), strong communication skills, good customer service, analytical skills, and a logical approach to problem-solving. In addition to this, you will need strong skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Mail. Experience with SalesForce, SAP, or Service Cloud CRM systems would be advantageous to your application.
