Business Development Executive


A rare opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Executive for a  successful and expanding company within the Healthcare sector. To be considered you must have previous telephone or face to face B2B sales, preferably with experience of selling to the NHS/ private medical sector. The salary is paying up to £28,000 + uncapped OTC and is a mixture of business development and account management.


Key responsibilities


  • Working within set KPIs to achieve sales targets
  • Responsible for managing existing accounts and maximising opportunities
  • Carry out extensive research to source new clients and partner relationships
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to develop new strategies for product development
  •  Ensure that client’s expectations are exceeded post-sales by establishing regular contact
  • Maintain accurate records on Salesforce



Key skills


  • Telephone or face to face B2B sales experience
  • A passion for developing sales and delivering outstanding service
  • Experience of selling within the Healthcare sector
  • Proven track record of new business development
  • Proficient in MS Office and ideally Salesforce
  • Excellent oral and written language skills



The salary for this role is paying up to £28,000 + uncapped OTC. Benefits include generous commission structure which is uncapped.  Pension, Life Assurance Healthcare Cash plan, Voucher/Discount cards and 25 days holiday
