A great opportunity for a proven Sales professional who aspires to work within the Events sector, you will be joining a successful and dynamic team within a leading data solutions company. This would be ideal for someone who has a natural consultative sales approach and strong commercial acumen.
This is a hybrid working role with three days working remotely and two days working with the team in their attractive and modern offices based in Central London.
Your primary purpose will be to grow revenue in the company’s key areas including: event sponsorship, promotions, and data insight. You will be dealing with a number of service providers including NHS, Healthcare, Insurance, Risk and Compliance and Media & Tech agencies.
Key responsibilities will include research of the appropriate sector and providers to keep up to date with market developments, identify and build key relationships with senior level decision makers, identify client objectives to provide best solutions, regular review of client accounts and revenue billed, attend regular meetings with clients, work closely with Events team and account manage campaigns, create personal sales plan and provide accurate forecasts and pipeline of business. Ensure CRM is kept up to date with client activity.
This role will be ideal for a self-starter who has previously held a sales role within the data insights or healthcare, pharma, Insurance or medtech sector and who relishes the challenge of looking for new business. You must be confident selling direct to executive level, have a good commercial head and be able to work collaboratively with Marketing and Events as well as other stakeholders and agencies.
