A great opportunity for a proven Events Sales professional with experience of selling into to the Healthcare and Pharma sector to join a successful and dynamic team within a leading Events company. This would be ideal for someone who is driven, goal orientated with a natural consultative sales approach along with a solid background in selling events and sponsorships. This is a hybrid working role with three days working remotely and two days working with the team in their attractive and modern offices based in Central London.
Your primary purpose will be to grow revenue in the company’s key areas including: event sponsorship, promotions, and data insight. You will be dealing with a number of service providers including NHS, Healthcare, Pharma, Medtech and Media & Tech agencies.
Key responsibilities will include research of the Healthcare and Pharma sector and providers to keep up to date with market developments, identify and build key relationships with senior level decision makers, identify client objectives to provide best solutions, regular review of client accounts and revenue billed, attend regular meetings with clients, work closely with Events team and account manage campaigns, create personal sales plan and provide accurate forecasts and pipeline of business. Ensure CRM is kept up to date with client activity.
This role will be ideal for a self-starter who has previously held a sales role within B2B events or similar with a solid understanding of events sales sponsorship or marketing sales solutions. You must have a proven background of hitting sales targets and building a strong pipeline of business as well as strong account management skills. This role requires someone who has the strong commercial acumen and the gravitas to interact confidently at senior executive level within the Healthcare sector.
As well as a salary of up to £60,000 + up to £30,000 OTE uncapped+ bonus the company offer a generous benefits scheme including pension, life assurance and income protection scheme.
