Finance Business Analyst - Insurance (£85,000) Home Based / Remote
A leading global insurance firm is looking for an experienced Finance Business Analyst. This role can be fully remote within the UK.
The Finance Business Analyst will be responsible for:
- Requirements and user story definition
- Business Process Mapping
- Ensuring processes are streamlined and financial controls are in place
- Documenting finance/accounting systems and recommendations (front, middle and back office)
- Managing multiple stakeholders
- Using Agile methodologies
- Defining and developing metrics and MI to measure and track value
This Finance Business Analyst role is paying up to £85,000 plus benefits including bonus (up to 20%)
To be considered suitable you will need the following:
- Experience as a Business Analyst covering financial and accounting systems within the insurance sector
- Understanding of financial processes including R2R, O2C, P2P and C&B
- Experience with a range of methodologies such as Lean / Six Sigma
- Agile / Waterfall experience
