3-Month Contract - Outside IR35
Our client are looking for a Business Analyst who has strong Microsoft Dynamics skills to join their team and aid in systemising their sales, marketing and service processes. This role will work to design business processes that support best practices in data management, persona segmentation, content marketing automation and campaign management that support lead generation. This role is fully remote, candidates can be located across the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Re-designing online data capture processes to ensure that information can be segmented by persona.
- Establish data-hygiene processes to ensure that data can be maintained and grown.
- Facilitate workshops with the companies marketing and technical teams to analyse and design solutions.
- Assist in the design, planning and management of the data migration process.
- Support marketing colleagues as they design and build automated marketing campaigns by persona.
- Work with PowerBI and sales operations colleagues to develop sales and marketing dashboards.
Skills:
- Experience within a B2B marketing and sales operating environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics.
