A market leading technology firm is looking for a personable Business Analyst to join its expanding team, based in Central London.
Working as part of a large team within a mature Agile environment you will focus on creating an outstanding customer experience and will be responsible for defining user stories and prioritizing the execution of program priorities. This role will focus on digital customer touchpoints (web, mobile app, campaign, chat bot) hence a strong background in owning and developing digital products is essential.
In order to be suitable for this role you must have proven commercial experience working as a Business Analyst or Product Owner on digital projects in an Agile (SAFe)/SCRUM environment. You will have a good understanding of user-centric design, along with demonstrable expertise in creating and managing product roadmaps. In additional to these fundamental requirements you must also have energy, enthusiasm and an ability to collaborate successfully with multiple stakeholders.
