A medium sized UK charity is looking for a Business Systems Analyst / Project Consultant to help them in identifying system requirements and project scope ahead of a large integration and procurement project. This role can be based from anywhere in the UK due to home working. 

This is likely to be a short term (2 - 4 weeks) project that will take on two parts:

Firstly:
- Undertaking a business requirements analysis, advise and guide the development of non-operations systems review in conjunction with the HR Manager and stakeholders within Finance, IT and procurement.
- Prepare the company for a procurement exercise to transform non-operations systems covering HR and Finance processes in order to integrate alongside Salesforce
- Ensure that all relevant systems are scoped into a written procurement project scope with achievable objectives identified.
- Identify potential systems, configurations and suppliers.
- Systems will include: Recruitment, Payroll, HRIS, Ciphr, Expenses, Sage finance, Office 365, Salesforce, Management Reporting
 
Secondly:
- You will be required to advise and support the development of a SMART plan to deliver the identified outcomes in the first objective. This will include resources, project milestones and timescales.
To advise and support the development of a SMART plan to deliver the identified outcomes of Objective 1 including appropriate resources, milestones and timescales. Key skills/experience here would be project planning and an understanding of SMEs likely requirements and capacity.
 
This BA / Systems Consultant project role is paying a day rate of up to £400 and will need to be completed in across the end of January and February. 
 
To be considered suitable you will need strong business analyst skills and a sound knowledge of a wide range of HRIS, payroll and Finance systems. Proven ability in being able to discover ways of improving administrative and reporting processes as well as for integration and/or interaction with other software systems, particularly including Salesforce and Office 365.
