Business Analyst - £ 52,000 – Hybrid – London
A values driven, people focused not for profit organisation with offices across London are looking for a talented Business Analyst to join their IT Team as part of their large digital transformation programme.
Please note – this is a 12 month FTC initially. They offer hybrid working – one day per week in the office - 4 at home.
As the Business Analyst you will support their transformation team in the development, planning, delivery, and benefits realisation of complex change programmes. You will bring significant experience in identifying business needs to shape a holistic organisational transformation, and the skills and behaviours that will enable collaboration and the active engagement of internal and external stakeholders. You will ensure that change is delivered successfully and embedded, and that business capabilities and operating models are fit-for-purpose in achieving strategic aims.
Key responsibilities of this Business Analyst role will include:
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to elicit, analyse, translate, and document people, processes, and system requirements
Use a variety of research methods with user, colleagues, and stakeholders to understand demand, performances, problems, causes, impact and consequences. Find opportunities to gather data to understand problems more deeply.
Use data modelling practices to analyse your findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes
Use agile methodology and apply an agile mindset to all aspects of your work. Create a fast-paced, evolving environment and use an iterative method and flexible approach to enable rapid delivery.
Document and act as the subject matter expert on business processes to facilitate
Support the prioritisation of design requirements with the project team with an informed understanding of the impact on the organisation
Th ideal candidate will have a wealth of BA experience – if you have worked across digital transformation programmes before that would be highly beneficial. You will have strong relationship building skills, great attention to detail and able to work in a busy and fast paced environment.
The salary on offer for this role is £52,000 plus benefits.
