We are currently looking for a Bookkeeper to join a well-established, family-run SME based in Barnet, North London. The role will be hybrid but for the first 6 weeks you will need to go into the office 5 days per week. The role would suit an experienced Bookkeeper or Finance Assistant who is used to using finance software such as Sage or Xero. You will oversee and submit all month end accounts to the external chartered accountants, monthly invoicing and ensure follow up on non or late payments and will be responsible for the sales and ledger function and checking the purchase ledger before submission to the accountants.
Requirements-
- Extensive experience in using accounting software
- Previous experience in a similar industry would be a bonus
- Proven experience of producing sales ledgers
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
