A large and successful organisation in the construction industry is seeking a Business Information Modelling Manager to be based from its offices in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire / North London.
This is a fundamental role which will be responsible for understanding existing systems and processes for implementing BIM for the organisation and its supply chain. You will also be responsible for;
- Identifying opportunities for BIM benefits and developing a BIM strategy based on systems and tools
- Identifying a staged plan for implementation that maximises the benefits of BIM to project delivery and asset management
This BIM Manager role is paying a salary of £50,000 - £60,000 based on experience.
To be considered suitable you will need to have a strong background in business information modelling, ideally wit previous experience of working in a BIM Manager role and developing and implementing strategy.
