London Farringdon or Milton Keynes - Bid Coordinator - Hybrid
The UK's leader in innovation acceleration for our cities and transport systems is looking for a Bid Coordinator to work with the bid team to deliver successful bids. This role is based in their Central London or Milton Keynes office 2 days a week and will be responsible for creating and helping to manage bid content and support bid managers to write proposals.
The role will include; developing and coordinating a library of content to support bid writing, Developing and supporting bid plans, storyboards and review briefings and managing content to support bid and proposal submissions.
You will also be responsible for leading the development of small proposals, supporting bid managers in the development of large bids and creating written and presentation content for bids.
An understanding of the bid management function and the process of developing bids - either in a commercial or funded research context.
The ability to build and maintain effective internal and external relationships.
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken and the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
Comfortable working for an agile and dynamic team and organisation.
This role is hybrid offering 3 days a week working from home.
