A multinational household name is looking for an Azure Solutions Architect to join its team based in London, on an initial 6 month contract. Please note, this is an Outside IR35 hybrid role so you will be able to work from home 3 or 4 days per week with mandatory attendance in the office on Wednesdays.
In order to be suitable for this role you must be a Cloud expert with proven experience of designing, developing and supporting Azure solutions. Your expertise will include Azure data services and DevOps.
In this role you will assess and validate the current Azure Infrastructure, work on the existing Data Lakehouse, and will then move on to constructing the Azure infrastructure for redevelopment of a legacy system. Your responsibilities will include everything from architecting new solutions to supporting the existing Azure infrastructure and data platform so you must be a hands-on Azure/DevOps Solutions Architect to be suitable for this role.
You will work as part of the software and data team which develops and supports enterprise applications. You will be a collaborative and adaptable problem solver and will play a pivotal role in the evolution of the Azure Cloud environment and contribute to the plan for future improvements in DevOps operation. You will also be methodical, security-minded and experienced working to agile methods and values.
