A well-established, international business is seeking an accomplished AWS Architect to join their global technology team on a 6-month contract basis, with possible scope for extension. Please note this contract is Inside IR35.
To be considered for this position, you must have proven experience of supporting and managing AWS infrastructure. You must also have demonstrable experience working with Infrastructure as Code and Automation with either Terraform and/or CloudFormation. Experience of working in and supporting a Linux environment is essential to this position.
During this project, you will be responsible for engineering solutions across cloud platforms, as well as providing support for any complex technical issues within AWS.
This particular business is going through a huge digital transformation on their web and app platforms, therefore, you will be required to set up those new environments within the cloud, design optimised solutions, and work on cost-effective methods to save the business money. Additionally, there are multiple migrations happening across the business where they are going from on-premise to the cloud, therefore you will also be required to help with this.
