Assistant Facilities Manager – Central London
A highly successful and growing retail chain are looking for an Assistant Facilities Manager to join their Facilities and Maintenance team to deliver a proactive and solution focused approach to FM services to their stores.
Working closely with the Facilities Manager you will liaise with vendors and suppliers to arrange site visits and obtain quotes as well as ensuring the effective management of H and Safety and Security Projects. You will works as a team to develop operational efficiencies within the FM team and will work closely with staff and suppliers to resolve issues.
This role is an excellent opportunity to join a committed, supportive team that are values driven. You will be based from the Central London Head Office – with the occasional requirement to be based at various sites. Experience in a multi-site environment would be very beneficial. Some home working is also offered.
The salary on offer for this role is £40,000 plus benefits.
